Steve E. Bochner is the chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises, and the number‐one IPO law firm in the United States. In his nearly 30 years of experience practicing corporate and securities law, Mr. Bochner has served as lead counsel for some of Silicon Valley's most prominent companies, and has assisted clients in venture capital, public offering, and merger transactions valued in the billions of dollars. Since 2002, Mr. Bochner has been a lecturer on corporate and securities law at the University of California Berkeley School of Law, where he designed and taught the venture capital and IPO law course. In 2006, Mr. Bochner was appointed to his second term as co‐chairman of the NASDAQ Listing and Hearing Review Council, on which he's served since 1996. He has also served as chairman of the Governance and Disclosure Subcommittee of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Advisory Committee.

Gary Dickerson is president and chief executive officer of Varian Semiconductor, Gloucester, Mass., an advanced technology semiconductor equipment firm, and the worldwide market leader in the field of ion implant equipment. Under Mr. Dickerson's leadership, Varian has grown revenues to more than $1.0 billion, turning in the best overall stock performance of any large‐cap firm in this industry sector during his five‐and‐a‐half‐year tenure. Moreover, Varian has won the coveted VLSI “Best Supplier” award among large companies in their sector in each of Mr. Dickerson’s five full years of leadership. Previously, Mr. Dickerson was president and chief operating officer of KLA‐Tencor, a $2 billion manufacturer and the dominant market share provider of semiconductor yield management systems and software.

Dave Gino is chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Molecular Imprints, Inc.,Austin, Texas, a leading nanotechnology equipment firm. Mr. Gino has more than 25 years experience in financial and operational management. Prior to his current position, Mr. Gino was the chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Active Power, Inc., leading the company through its IPO in 2000. From 2000 through 2005, he saw Active Power transition from an early stage development company to a profitable commercial operation. Previously, Mr. Gino was chief financial officer of DuPont Photomasks Inc., where he led the company through a period of rapid growth, culminating in an IPO.

Chad Whitney Keck is Vice Chairman, Needham and Company. Chad joined Needham & Company in 1991. Since opening the Menlo Park office in that year, he has been involved in over 175 investment banking transactions, including 40 initial public offerings. Prior to joining Needham, he was a managing director and head of Prudential Bache's San Francisco Investment Banking Group. Other investment banking experience includes three years in First Boston's Technology Group and founding and co-heading Smith Barney's Technology Financing Group. Chad has served as the Head of the Menlo Park Office, Co-head of Corporate Finance and Chairman of the Investment Banking Management Committee. In December 2005, he became Vice Chairman of Needham & Company, LLC. Today, Chad works with a broad cross-section of the firm's clients, focusing on the semiconductor sector. He has taken an active role in developing the firm's business in Asia and in the alternative energy sector, particularly solar. He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Stephen G. Newberry is president and chief executive officer of Lam Research, Fremont, Calif., an advanced technology semiconductor equipment firm and top market share producer of wafer etch equipment. Lam Research has generated more than $ 2.5 billion in revenues in a single year under Mr. Newberry's leadership, and Lam is among one of the top technology firms in the nation in various financial/operational efficiency metrics. He was selected by Institutional Investor Magazine as the number‐one‐ranked CEO in the entire semiconductor equipment sector for the last three consecutive years, 2007 through 2009. Mr. Newberry currently serves as a director of Lam Research, Amkor Technology, and Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International, the industry's trade association. Prior to joining Lam Research, Mr. Newberry was group vice president of global operations and planning at Applied Materials, Inc.

John Osborne has a solid combination of high technology operational management and public company board experience. In the last 12 years, Mr. Osborne has served on the boards of five technology based public companies and one privately held company. He also serves on two additional advisory boards, including DuPont Electronic Materials. Mr. Osborne is currently a public company director for Amkor Technology, a $2 billion leader in offshore contract manufacturing and test; he holds positions on the audit committee and is chairperson of the compensation committee.

Thilo von Selchow is CEO & President of ZMD AG, since 1999. ZMDI is a analog and mixed signal semiconductor manufacturer with focus on sensor signal conditioning & actuators and digital power management in the field of energy efficiency. Thilo is a cofounder of “Silicon Saxony e.V.”, Europe’s largest microelectronics cluster and has been the association’s President for six years. He turned ZMD from a state owned enterprise to a growing global Fabless enterprise.
