Chris Ward, Vice President Operations— Chris’ extensive management experience in the utilities industry spans over 15 years, ranging from research & development to new project management. 

Prior to Direct Grid Technologies, Chris was Director of Field Services and Special Projects at Island Research.

Preceding Island Research, Chris founded Island Technology, a contract manufacturer that specialized in circuit board assembly for industrial, defense and commercial markets. This company was later merged and integrated into Island Research, which is the parent company of Direct Grid Technologies.
