Robert Guy Ward: Chief Executive Officer— The principal of Direct Grid Technologies,  Guy has 20 years experience in engineering and executive management in the field of utility & power grid related products and services.

Prior to establishing Direct Grid Technologies (2009), Guy built Island Technology (1988), a leading producer and supplier of utilities and defense products. Island Technology is the parent of Direct Grid Technologies, LLC. Today, Island Technology has successfully grown to over 150 employees and services some of the largest companies in the respective markets they serve.

Guy’s holds an MBA which complements his electrical engineering background.
